I have an answer of sorts - it’s geography dependent really. Where I grew up, south of the Sarita border checkpoint on US77, they’re about 8-10k apiece. But everything is cheap there. Including smuggling humans.
Further inroads, away from major ports, railway hubs, etc they’re likely closer to 15 or more
Once upon a time when I was younger and much more foolish I took part in a couple small scale border crossings. It’s been some years since I’ve been involved but I still know people who fool w it on both sides of the border.
