      The “maybe someday if im rich” therefore most surely refers to vaginoplasty, which costs in the ballpark of ten thousands bucks, plus another ten-ish thousands for each corrective surgery you might require. (In vaginoplasty, there’s an approximately 1 to 20 chance of it going wrong and you needing a corrective surgery).

      Vaginoplasty means building an artificial vagina. Because hormone replacement therapy causes the genitals to feel like the other sex’s genitals, and both sex’s genitals are made of the same tissues that are then used as material for constructing the neovagina, it has approximately the same feeling that a cis woman’s vagina has.

      For many trans women, having a penis feels very dysphoric. That means, it basically gives her constant feelings of disgust against their own body part, and this disgust cannot be alleviated more than just a little by any therapy or medicine, except HRT and a surgery. This causes depression – in other words: a lack of serotonin. Once the trans woman who cannot stand having a penis is rich enough to have a surgical operation that gives her a neovagina and rids her of the stupid dangling thing, she will have more serotonin.

    Bottom surgery basically requires you to sell your soul and both kidneys. Same with FFS. I know several people who had to get into sex work, as it was the only “job” that they were capable of doing at their level of mental illness and was what they saw as the only option to get enough money.
