The maples are making a good start on packing it in for the year as usual. Soon the ash and poplar trees will follow. Leaving the just the red pines to hold the green and defend against the winter.

Good, couldn’t have handled the heat much longer to be honest; having no working AC certainly didn’t help.
It’s coming but way too slowly. I had a unique experience yesterday morning - the air conditioner was actually off when I woke up and it stayed that way for nearly an hour. I’m hoping that in a week or two it will actually be possible to go outside without hating it.
