Okay that phase makes no sense, Cinderella didn’t turn into a pumpkin, her coach did. I’d make more sense to say “my car is about to turn into a pumpkin”, or “my clothes are about to turn to rags”, or “my manservant is going to become a mouse”.

Idk I don’t know if Cinderella had a good grasp on the magic. She just found out about it earlier that day, and it was only explained once. I’d need that shit explained to me a few times before I step into the pumpkin carriage.
