I don’t know how many NMS players are amongst us, but I’ve spun up a small alliance. It’s not intended to be very big (my initial thought was that it would probably be just me), and we’re definitely not going to climb the leaderboard any time soon, but anyone who’s interested in warding off cellular boredom is welcome to join.

I must have done this wrong? I found a portal in Euclid, entered the coordinates you provided, and it took me to an unclaimed station in the Droche-Noqew X system.
I just realized something…both of the systems I picked are purple systems.
This is a complete coincidence - I was filtering the galaxy map by dominant species when I picked them - but if you don’t yet have access to the Atlantid drive, that could explain why the portals also refuse to send you to those systems.
oh, that’s possible. I definitely don’t have that yet but I have quite a bit of atlantideum so maybe i can make one. the other thing i was wondering was do the portals change depending on the departure planet? i used a portal from my second planet that hasn’t changed in like a decade as far as i can tell.
The portals should all work the same, as long as you’re in the right galaxy. I’m betting it’s the purple system thing.
You get the Atlantid Drive blueprints during the In Stellar Multitudes storyline - once you’re able to access purple systems with a warp drive, I’m guessing the portals to them will work, too.
I am…not confident that the portal system is working as intended this week. I know you’re not the only person who’s had issues.

Disappointing! If you see any updates definitely let us know. Guess I’ll get my Colossus warmed up since it’s the only exocraft I have that can scan for monoliths.
Edit: Did you upload your discovery of the system btw?
I did, but you’ve likely noticed that discoveries are completely broken right now, so that may be related.
Oh, I hadn’t actually. I reinstalled and beelined for the closest portal I could find! I last played on Exomech update, then briefly on the Outlaws update. So it’s been a few years
Strange…the Euclid address does work for me. It should spit you out on Twhit V32 in the Sadessape System.
Oh, wow. The Cosmos update has been great, but these exploration issues are significant. You’ll likely find that your discoveries don’t “take.”
Bookmarked for if I ever play again. Loved the game but can never seem to find time.
i play offline mostly. kinda funny I play sto and this. this because it has what sto lacks. the ability to customize and move around your ships.

I’ve edited the OP to include coordinates in Euclid, the starter galaxy - you should be able to use any Euclid portal to get there!
