Hey Dungeoneers, after far too long of a wait, v4.0.0 is finally ready for beta!
This update ended up ballooning in size from just adding a new quest, I’d say it’s arguably Shattered’s biggest update yet at this point! There’s a massive new quest, a bunch of new in-game art, 6 new enchantments, and plenty smaller changes and adjustments.
In this blog post I’m going to quickly show off some of the now-finished new quest. Don’t expect all the details though, I wouldn’t want to spoil everything!

im glad its here, one quick opinion though, the new dwarfen tiles dont really look good, especially with the water there, the coloring just dont work imo, and the carpet just looked so much more cleaner. hope it will get a bit more tweaked

Of the new consumable visuals, I have to say I don’t like the scrolls and runestones. The curves and shading make the symbols harder to “read”/recognize.I genuinely dont understand this complaint, they literally just look more “3d”/detailed, to others like me they look clear
It can always be refined further though
