They’ve legitimately have done this same song and dance like 3 times already. Like 2012ish erra they canceled a facial recognition thing they said they didnt have due to backlash. Their whole auto facial tagging system was another one.

Now they are contributing to ai segmentation tools that focus on seperating your face so it can be used in nonconsentual ai porn that they have no way of stopping.

I don’t even know what one they are referencing in this article but they are always working on facial recognition for some reason. If you are on facebook or any of the meta services you are going to be used in their ai to generate porn, or stupid memes you don’t want to be associated with.
