Most food I put cilantro on I’m also putting lime on so I haven’t really noticed as strong of citrus notes from the cilantro itself. The two pair extremely well together though, cilantro fills out the flavor profile really nicely.

nah not citrusy. mostly just ‘green’. i can taste the soapy quality but its way in the background

i prefer dove or ivory when i’m hankerin’ for something soapish
