    Add another one:

I skipped an apparently irrelevant (but not irrelevant at all) step of my morning routine. I’ll need to arrive to the following checkpoint of the day to get back to myself.

Oh gosh … this morning I went for a number 2 before hopping in the shower (which is good), but it meant everything in my routine was then 10 minutes late (which is bad).

I was still early for work (which is good), but in a bad mood because of the change (which is bad).

I’m alright now though, because I just had lunch and that resets the routine :-)

This is why I wake up with a radio program that follows the same schedule from monday to friday. I wake up always with the same part of the program and my routine follows the structure of the program. E.g: When the weather news come (always at the same time) I know where I should be.

Yes. But my pooping doesn’t follow a set schedule, and that’s what threw me out today.

Mine works like a clock thanks to my breakfast. Olive oil is a natural gut stimulant, then, about one hour later (when I get to my work) a good espresso (non sweetened) does the rest. This combo makes my body work like a swiss clock.

Yeah … it would be nice if my body behaved like that.

When I hit 35 I went through early menopause, and also suddenly had a load of food allergies … since then there’s been no discernable pattern, lol

I just immediately stop reading anything like that (and anyone using “u” and “ur”). It’s never going to be worth the time you spend reading it.

In german you capitalize all the nouns. It is trippy to read in the beginning, when your native language does not.

Hot doesn’t really bother me because it means I’m not cold. Maybe it would be different if I wasn’t cold 95% of the time.

It’s hot AF here. The problem is everywhere I go has their fucking AC set to meatlocker so the instant I go inside all the heat gets sucked out of my body. I go outside every half hour or so to warm back up.

      That’s the neat part…

But sarcasm aside. Spoons. Manage your energy and act accordingly.

And yes, this does not solve it and sometimes still lead to overload but it’s the best shot we have.

It’s a sensory thing. For me, some fabrics are fine but some drive me nuts. It also depends on the day; sometimes I’m feeling more or less tolerant.

(no official diagnosis in my case, just “Oh, some of this sounds familiar”)
