    This is how people still think now. I’ve read stories where people got disowned by their family because tjey married someone not their race.

      You’ll always find someone who thinks outrageous things are a good idea.

      How many people do you think like this today compared to 100 years ago? Do you think they would put their name under it in print?

        You are right, it definitely worse back then but with the state of society, I fear it’s heading more that direction than not.

    The more interesting thing to me is the coherent answer from a “housewife”.

    If this were today, no one would believe a housewife wrote this. Our public education system is shit today, compared to 100 years ago. By design.

      good point. A kid in college today wouldn’t be able to write as clearly as she did. And yes the decline is by design because clueless people are easier to control. And you can get them to believe any lie even when it totally contradicts reality
