(Sowing) The goose wage to egg value ratio vastly favors profitability BUT our new management hire says they can get us even better wage to egg value by thinning the staff and pressuring new hires to pick up the slack. So we fired the goose.
(Reaping) The new hires are so ungrateful. You know the economy just isn’t what it used to be. We’re not pivoting into AI enough. We’re not spending enough on consultants. We need a board retreat to “regroup”. Clearly people don’t understand our mission. This is a morale issue in the team we need a pizza party. Let’s consult them on strategy methods.
