Is this weird or have I just never seen it before: I made some fettucini alfredo and some of the noodles are uncooked. And I don’t mean I didn’t boil them long enough, I mean like they never finished the noodle cooking process at the manufacturing level because a few strands of the fettucini are still straight up raw flour in the middle.
Sometimes if you don’t use enough water or don’t stir it at the right time, pasta can stick to itself in the pan and the bits in the middle aren’t able to rehydrate/cook properly.
Are you sure it’s raw flour and not plastic or rubber? 🤔
Edit: You got any photo or info on the exact products used? There could be a recall… 🤷
It was white and powdery. It didn’t numb my mouth so that rules out cocaine.
