Are the sites leaking toxic substances?

If so that needs to be addressed and that is beyond a stadium issues.

Are the construction plans and builders of the stadiums aware of this situation? Do the construction plans address this and have mitigation/avoidance contingencies?

It’s better than people living there.

Sounds better suited for the Jets or Patriots actually.

This could be a good thing instead of a bad thing, but that’s not really the American way.
