    It helps to read the article:

    In a case that dates back to 2023, a man approached a woman at a bus stop in Madrid, kissed her hand and made gestures to suggest she follow him and that he would pay her.

    That’s more than just “kissing a hand”. Of course approaching women at a bus stop, kissing them and offering to pay them for sex is wrong.

      Kissing the hand was what made it go from harassement to assault. So the Headline does portray the ruling correctly.

        To play devil’s advocate, the supreme court ruling explicitly mentions the act of kissing the hand as to why they classify this as sexual assault, instead of just harassment.

    can be or can not be. It will depend on the circumstances surrounding the situation obviously
