Fruit is always improved with a little tajín
Mango is the classic choice, but I also like it on watermelon
Tajín on oranges is goated
Mango is out of season here unfortunately but I can get some watermelon easy!
Margarita rim job
Make a burrito (whatever type you prefer ) and then throw some of it on.
On the rim of your beer

cucumbers
Ooooh good call!
Add some lime to it too. The best combo is jicama, carrot, and cucumber, sliced into sticks, with lime and tajin.
Ohhh the one I bought says it already has lime in it :/
It’s primarily citric acid, which I also keep around. Add it to your cooking when it seems like there’s something missing to the flavor - it’s usually acid.
Apples. No joke, get apple slices and dip them into some of it like they’re fries and the tajin is dipping sauce
I have some red apples I will try this with shortly
How was it?
I think the red apple was too mild, so that the tajín flavour took the front seat. But definitely, having followed your suggestion, peeling and cutting it into chips was best, because otherwise the apple peel ended up tasting waxy/tough by comparison when the apple flavour took the back seat.
Will try with green apples next (haven’t got any on hand
Mango
Watermelon
literally on a slice of shitty local bakery white bread and fold it in half
yes, I am a freak. i used to shake masterfoods moroccan seasoning on plain bread when sleeping over at a friend’s house because i didn’t want to wake anyone with toaster noises at 3am
Oh for real. It’s the fairy bread principle. It refuses elevation. Some things have to be on the thinnest plainest white bread or it just doesn’t work

Naturally

Having this classic Spanish breakfast, I bet the tomato would be amazing with tajín
Yim yum, solid breakfast
Tacos
I like it on popcorn
