    I subscribe to as little as possible. Subscriptions easily stack up. I think I only pay for Internet and phone at this point.

      I’m with you here, except my phone isn’t really even subscription anymore since I pre-pay yearly.

      But my car and home insurance are technically subscriptions, even if basically mandatory ones, and also Internet. That’s it, though.

      I used to have several, but they got expensive, and value I could justify spending for just wasn’t there anymore.

        Subscriptions became too much like cable tv. Meh. I removed the headache of subscribing for everything or rotating services based on what I wanted to watch to self hosting.

      This is the way. With enough cancelations, the payment processor will either raise their rates, or drop service with the company all together.
