If I understand your meaning, no I’m not experiencing that. Try using a different way of looking at the site like switching app, browser, profile, account etc.
Might be a caching issue. On desktop, in firefox (might work in other browsers) you can force a fuller refresh by holding Shift key when pressing reload button. Try clearing the cache, restarting the browser, logging out/in.
