Since WWII, we’ve been on a losing streak that would make the NY Jets blush. It couldn’t possibly be because we keep sticking our noses into places we fucking shouldn’t.

us military is not designed to win wars, or for tactical superiority. it’s specialized to funnel public funds into military industrial complex shareholders. and it’s the best in the world at that

Fucking hell, this is the most accurate statement I have ever read about the US military. I mean, I hate everything about it, but it’s 100 percent true.

Most unpopular war since WWII, and in that conflict we had a global economic and moral imperative to fight and win.

This dumb pedophile let Israel start a war with no casus belli we’ve already lost the information campaign. We’re super fucked. Do we think China is just going to rollover on a military ally that ships 50% of their LNG and petrochemicals? Get ready folks I think all bets are already off.

Generally speaking, the United States, since its founding, doesn’t do too well in warfare unless they are part of a huge international coalition with A LOT of support from the rest of the world. They’ve won a few wars on their own but not many.

It’s just a myth perpetrated by their entertainment industry that Americans are unparalleled war fighters and always win. It’s actually kinda like the Spartans.

The worst part of it all is the stupidest part. He’s says the US has destroyed 100% of Irans military and yet it still exists. He could have said 99% or ANYTHING else but you can’t destroy 100% of something and still claim it’s not fully destroyed.

I’m confused he didn’t say they destroyed 100, maybe 200 or even 1000% of it. Tremendous success, very beautiful. Maybe even 1500%.

Put a preteen girl named “Math” in front of Trump and I doubt he’d even go near her.

With Trump and Hegseth in charge acting like impotent bullies, the Iranian propaganda lines write themselves.

They’re making Americans root for the current Iranian regime which would be inconceivable in most other circumstances. Seriously I’m pretty sure Vietnam was more popular at its end than this.

Lose how? It’s not they’ll ever conquer him, back in America, and he’ll never surrender on his own. He will spend 10x more lives and money than it requires to keep saving face, to eventually be driven from office, so the next guy can see reason, and end it.

But even if that happens, the damage is already done. Iran’s new Supreme Leader got the job when a bomb killed not only his father, but also his mother, wife, and daughter. What are the chances that he will negotiate in good faith vs swear to spend the rest of his life getting revenge?

None of the policy options toward Iran have a high likelihood of succeeding, even as their proponents would define success

Again? Which wars has America won in recent memory? Even WWII was because Russia (spit! boo!) helped.

Yes, but the USA entering is what turned it around. Remember America stayed out of WW2 until they were bombed by japan. Due to their geographic location, they stayed out until they were attacked. There was no moral entry to the war.

The turnaround was the Soviet victory at Stalingrad

Yes, but they didn’t enter out of a sense of duty or morals is my point. It is the most significant event of the last century and they opted to stay out of it until it affected them …it goes against the narrative of the USA being a defendor of the world order and a moral authority.

Stalingrad was less about Russia, more about Hitlers hubris and general winter. Similar to what the USA is finding out now. Some terrains and territory is harder to attack successfully.

            Yup, 100%

Stalingrad was less about Russia, more about Hitlers hubris and general winter

I wouldn’t undervalue the Soviet peoples achievements and sacrifice. Winter affects everyone.

I thought we were all so tired of the winning?

Big hunky tough guys were coming up to PEDOnald, tears streaming down their face, calling him “sir” and pleading with him to stop all the winning!
