I put my preciser diction down to a vast amount of BBC comedy as a kid. Goodies, Ronnies, Good Life, Are you being served Etc etc Gets stronger with a couple of drinks, don’t always realise I’m doing it
I’ve always put it down to the same thing, but I now think an autistic tendency to avoid abbreviations and idioms could also be a part of it.

There’s light weight uv hoodies that I’ve been considering. I didn’t make it to pride, I wanted to. I’m struggling with insomnia. I just didn’t have it in me.
Yeah, I’ve seen UV rated clothing at Uniqlo which is cool! It was a very warm day. In retrospect skipping it in lieu of rest probably should have been my choice too. Hope you manage some restful sleep soon!
