    Warner Bros is not a defendant in the lawsuit.

    Is this lawsuit a way to get the deal stuck down so paramount (and their questionable business partners) to buy WB, including CNN?

      Netflix isn’t buying the networks, so Paramount could buy CNN regardless. In fact it would be easier as it would be better for regulators if it were broken up.
