I lived in a small town in Minnesota for a bit and the pizza options were Pizza Hut, Pizza Ranch, Casey’s, and briefly a local Italian restaurant that didn’t specialize in pizza and may or may not have been arson’d for the insurance money. Casey’s was the most expensive but also the best by a long shot.
In Florida, Hess gas stations carried Godfather’s Pizza and that was great too.
