    Life advice time comrades:

    1: If I wanted to buy my friend’s car from him, what sorts of shit would I have to sort out besides gathering up the money to buy the car itself?

    2: Any remedy to my personal side-project being in perpetual limbo during this whole USPS shit?

      I have no advice for 2 but for 1 I can say get an expertise report from a trusted mechanic. if you trust your friend you should find “notary” and change the ownership with a contract. I don’t know anything about legal systems in usa( I assume you are there) we have “noter” that handles this situations I looked at dictionary and notary is its translation
