I’m fairly sure emulators exist. IIRC the problem is lag. Yeah, your ATM is slow, but you can bet their day trading algorithms get dedicated hardware with gazillions of iops/second realtime.

there’s people out there who emulate and optimize 90s video games for free, surely somebody could pay a dev for some 60s hardware emulation…
