You’re fortunate I don’t care that much about the franchise as a whole, especially not enough to argue past the Sepiroth fanart getting exhausting in its quantity in my Livejournal days.
I never played any Dragon Quest, i’m interested though since they seem to have stayed more true to the old school format than FF has. You have some recommendations?
With my nostalgia glasses on, DQ3 will always have a soft spot in my heart but 5 is usually considered the best of the 2D games. 11 is also amazing and all the QoL features made it frustrating for me to play any other RPGs for awhile

I’ve always been a Dragon Quest guy which makes shit posting about FF way more fun. I’ve literally only played FF 7, 10, and 12 lol.
