    It is true that targeted assassinations wouldn’t work though. Every ghoul can be easily replaced with minimal disruption to the system.

        The point at which it’s enough assassinations to work is the point that it stops being targeted assassinations and just starts being a revolution.

            Sure, but that takes a lot more resources we don’t yet have built up. Sabotage, however, results in damage that is potentially more lasting and can be achieved by isolated individuals and groups, like what has been happening in Atlanta as police crackdowms on the Stop Cop City protests have intensified.

            Gotta remember we already tried propaganda of the deed. It had some practical problems.
