I am filing a class action suit on behalf of over 206 individuals against the moderator of /c/modabuse @notwesker@lemmy.sdf.org for inconsistently enforcing rule 1 (no victim blaming).
EXHIBIT A: Moderator log showing instances where people received punishment for violating rule 1.
EXHIBIT B: In which @pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org quite explicitly violates rule 1 the first time.
EXHIBIT C: In which @notwesker@lemmy.sdf.org merely warns @pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org instead of applying a ban as done previously for far less explicit cases of a rule 1 violation.
EXHIBIT D: In which @pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org threatens to repeat the act of violating rule 1.
EXHIBIT E: In which @pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org explicitly violates rule 1 a SECOND time.
EXHIBIT F: In which @pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org explicitly violates rule 1 a THIRD time.
As restitution for the damages we are seeking:
- That @pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org receive the appropriate punishment for 3 counts of violating rule 1.
- That @notwesker@lemmy.sdf.org issue a formal written apology to the community for inconsistently enforcing the rules.
- That all acts of restitution requested by class action claimants be satisfied to the best of @notwesker@lemmy.sdf.org’s ability.
If you would like to register as a claimant on this class action suit, please leave a subcomment here indicating such and what you request as your restitution.

Dr. Wesker was previously removed as moderator, as well as banned for a period of time, for gatekeeping. But I haven’t recently seen them break any rules.
Duh. I don’t want them banned for breaking the rules, I want them banned because I wanted to break the rules.
