Speeches can be about whatever you like. Let your fellow members know you intend to table motions, your thoughts on the state of the union, what you had for breakfast, etc.

It is with a great sense of pride and responsibility that I accept this role which you have bestowed upon me. I will execute without trepidation the duties expected of me as FUCCing steward for the 2026 term. And I will do everything in my power to help in the transition to a new FUCCing steward for the 2027 should another win the upcoming election.
