minus-square@CanadaPluslink1•edit-21 month agoHmm. I’m actually not sure. There’s a bunch of treaties, and each says a bunch of things. I don’t think it ever comes down to provinces to supply things for First Nations, though, which is kind of what you suggest when you call them a municipality.
