He’s already a fucking martyr, it’s just a matter of when/where the bastard keels over. His base is riled up enough that no matter how he dies, it will be a conspiracy theory nightmare and probably trigger another january 6th style incident.

They’ll also constantly insist he’s coming back from the dead. He’s effectively a religious figure now because humanity is hopelessly warped.
That and they’d have to set up room and board for secret service inside the jail along with a host of other security measures to make sure he doesn’t get murdered by an inmate.
They may have to put him under house arrest without an Internet or ohone connection. Force all communication with the outside world to go through his lawyers and a probation officer.
Sentence him to only getting his fast food from KFC
Sentence him to eating his vegetables and no ice cream.

The system is functioning exactly as designed, to the benefit of those that designed it and to the detriment of people they consider enemies. Making crime legal for a fee is exactly what it’s supposed to do, as that allows the aristocrats to continue regulating the rest of us while giving them free rein.
