They already have the capability, Iran is proof of that. The 2027 number is simply to justify the next military budget, which at this point has little influence on the future of Taiwan.

If China wanted to invade they could do it already and there would be fuck all the states could do about it. Iran is the writing on the wall.

Voting in our system is like choosing the boss for the final boss fight. So yeah, if you’re in a place where your vote could make a difference, vote Dem, but never stop raising hell.

I tell them to not expect worsening conditions to teach liberals the right lesson and they should vote as if they’re choosing a boss fight. In that context fascist-light is the correct choice.
