They’re already starting shenanigans about who will be PM as both Greens and CDU have the same number of seats in the parliament. Some CDU people already suggested having two co-PMs. Also CDU could in theory start a coalition with AfD, that’s the other possible majority coalition.

I think Duolingo is only good for very few languages and often only if you speak English.
I don’t like the theory that it must have spread from a single culture, it could’ve been multiple cultures influencing each other. Then you don’t get a single definitive version of PIE, but different dialects. And if these cultures spread out and mixed with whatever other cultures that were present in Europe or India you get yet again some new language variants that slowly turned into the languages that we have records for, instead of developing into these languages due to isolation. That’s just my pet theory.

AFAIK the arrondissement councils don’t have much power. The reason usually given why Paris was able to reduce cars much faster is that there aren’t really any suburbs in Paris, they’re all outside and therefore have no vote. And Paris voted for a mayor with the political will to actually kick out the cars. I’m not up to date on why they’re now shifting towards the right, might just be the general trend in the world.

Several countries already refuse to let nuclear ships into their ports. Also considering the state of some ships (look at Russia’s shadow fleet for example) I’m not so sure it’s a good idea to have them be powered by nuclear reactors.
It’s nice of them to tell you that you should ignore them.
