I’m super into this. I’ve been dying for permanent DST for a long time and I really thought they were going to push Standard Time instead.

Maybe while hiking but I’m not going to be meditating walking around my city filled with people.

They’re just happening so often that I wouldn’t even know what to filter it down to.

When I moved from the Midwest to Los Angeles, CA c. 2013 it was a bit of a culture shock to learn that almost no one had a computer.

I still don’t know anyone who owns one that doesn’t have to work with one.

And it is totally about phones and tablets. I don’t even think the kids learn to type in schools anymore.

I really tried to use a “usb” install for a long time but could never get kernel upgrades (and some other packages) to work correctly.

These days I do a “sys” install but mount /var/log and some other directories to RAM.

Not sure why you’re downvoted. There are of course ways to strip metadata and post more carefully (hopefully anonymously) but I doubt people posting to corporate-owned social media are taking those steps either.
