I think at this point, any low-effort food meme goes. After all, what we eat always turns to shit…
In today’s chautauqua…

At this point, it’s not habitual, it’s an addiction

One may even call it The String Cheese Incident
I don’t drink alcohol at all, but horchata is one of my all-time favorites… if the taste is more horchata than rum, I might become an alcoholic
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I needed something to get through the dystopia
I’m not questioning the use of them medically, I’m questioning the idea that these do anything for AI.
They still cause depth-perception problems, regardless. Even you commented yourself you wouldn’t wear them while driving.
You’re not out of the loop, there’s nothing that suggests these do anything.
My best guess is because they are opaque lenses with tiny holes, so no photo filter or IR light will be able to “map” your eye region or anything behind the glasses. If that is indeed the answer, then these are not sufficient enough to actually do anything of value if not coupled with other face coverings. They will only serve to fuck up your vision and depth-perception (unless you have myopia, apparently)
That doesn’t answer the question though. Where are the details and how does it do it “fairly effectively?”
All I can find about them is info on myopia, and even for that they don’t fully work.

You have to really look into this one. Now that I’ve slept and looked at it more, there are a lot of other things I can see that solidify this as gen AI. It took me a bit to get there, though, and I only had a vague thought that it even was at first.
Now couple this with Flock’s rushed out nightmare and the idea of arresting people for pre-crimes Minority Report-style and the dystopian future is now the present.
But yeah, I think we’re getting past the point where I can tell.
I think people like you and I will still have that sense going off, but it’s going to be harder to put into words why we feel that way, and will start to leak into our ideas on real photos. Regular folks already voted how they voted (and I’m not just talking about the USA), they will not ever take the time to analyze a photo like this, just like they never take the time to corroborate what the talking heads say with real data.

They won’t, ever. Not the general public, at least. Most are still perfectly content and onboard with paying for 10 different streaming services for music/movies/TV. Only immediate numbers mean anything, and $5/mo is better than $10 once, simply because 10 is larger than 5. Plus, look at all this extra shit I didn’t want that is included!

I see it wholly as a loss, because it advances the idea of subscriptions for anything and everything, and Microsoft will be right there on the front lines taking advantage of the new revenue stream (so losing local installs won’t hurt them at all and is what they’re going for).

My slop-sense was going off like crazy too, but I couldn’t put my finger on it. There’s something really confusing to my brain about the wheels/tires on the van, the backends of the cars on the right, and the light sources, but the vanishing point seems mostly ok?
For that matter, the text also feels weird, but I chocked that up to photoshop since AI usually can’t do text that well.

Thanks, dodged a bullet on that one
There are certainly enough artifacts in that audio for a solid fetch-quest plot, lmao
Just then, a loud booming sound comes from the top of the Throat of the World: “TOOT TOOT.” The hero gazes in horror as Thomas the Tank Engine comes barreling 'round the mountain pass.

Seems to me like there will be a split. A lot of critical thinkers that are frugal will move to Linux and up its market-share, but there will also be a lot of deals that companies make with cloud computing platforms as well for their employees instead of purchasing new laptops (which will probably also allow them to cut back on their IT staff).
Those that are still lost when it comes to tech from 20 years ago will also buy into cloud compute platforms just because they use it at work and can’t be arsed to learn something slightly different.

Just don’t go with Amazon. They accept returns no questions asked and put them back on the shelves…
Then I’m gonna invent “unleavened cucumber” and use Lavash instead
I’ve never seen the bread thing before, I wonder how it changes the pickle taste. Might have to give it a shot, fr!
