+1 for Banh Mi Stable. I agree on most places not being worth it. I’d add Mädchenitaliener (Italian) to the list. Its small and cosy, but usually full. They have a fig pasta which I like. If you want a place with a pretty glamorous flair, check out Coccodrillo too.

Fairphone 5 is in my view perfomant and a very capable modern smartphone. You’re right though with the earlier models, they were sluggish - I remember trying out a Fairphone 1 long time ago and it was a pain

Not that I know of unfortunately. Installing it isnt all that hard, depending on the model one just need a special USB adapter, courage and a Linux terminal :)
