I thought that was the guy in the emoji. If he’s not I have no idea who he is or if he’s a pedophile.

Oh, didn’t realize they were different people

“Two people were arrested soon after the shooting, but were later released.[52] One was a libertarian conservative who was arrested on campus grounds after claiming to have shot Kirk.[53] He later told police he “was glad he said he shot the individual so the real suspect could get away”.[54] He reportedly had a history of mental health issues and was known to Utah authorities for his habit of disrupting public events.[53] He was taken to a hospital.[54] After his release on September 14, he was admitted into jail for obstruction of justice; after police discovered over 20 images of child sexual abuse on his phone, he was also charged with sexual exploitation of minors. On December 17, the man waived his right to a preliminary hearing.[55]”

It’s a pretty angsty song - lyrics are as follows:
"Love in our life
Is just too valuable, oh, to feel
For even a second without it
But life without death
Is just impossible, oh, to realize
Something is ending within us"

Thanks, I’m actually not a huge Flaming lips fan, haven’t listened to them that much. But the phrase captures my ethos and yoshimi battles the pink robots, pt. 1 makes me cry

Come and See and Stalker were both Mosfilm! The Human Condition trilogy actually wasn’t however. I’d really recommend the works of Eisenstein, especially his later works like Ivan the Terrible, absolutely fantastic. That and the documentary about fascism, “Triumph over Violence”. Harrowing stuff - but essential imo.

Good ass song, good ass album

Disproving that men have fragile ego’s by making an entire wikipedia alternative just for men

Props to you for admitting it rather than simply claiming they have no purpose which I see all the time.

Ian Mackaye. Leader singer of Fugazi. Good band.
For all the valid critisms one could levy against Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, it’s without a doubt the largest force developing socialism in the modern world. Mourning for what we’ve lost is fine, but I believe at a certain point one has to look to the future, and with optimism, hopefully.
