Ich denke der Poster des ursprünglichen Textes kann kein Deutsch und derjenige der ihm davon erzählt hat, wird es so sinngemäß erklärt haben, gibt ja viele solche meme Sätze in dem Format (“maidenless behavior” etc).
Und dann wird der Poster das eins zu eins für bare Münze genommen haben. Oder er hat es absichtlich eher ins meme format gebracht damit es lustiger wirkt.

Bei uns sagt man das schon oft, wenn irgendjemand zum Beispiel jemand versucht dich wegen irgendwas niederzumachen oder sonst irgendwie zu viel Zeit dafür investiert über andere Leute nachzudenken.

Person b: (Augenbrauen hochziehen) “hast du wohl keine Hobbies” impliziert: warum hast du so viel Zeit mich zu beobachten, wohl nix besseres zu tun?

Das nächste im englischen dafür wäre, “nice to see I am living rent free in your head” aber keine Hobbies hat mehr Anwendungsfälle.

Well yes, that is how the law works. It’s not overstepping the boundaries. If you lose a trial, the judge can order you to do it. They cannot enforce it.

The whole case is idiotic but it doesn’t change the fact that a judge is within their right to order you to do things if you lose the trial. Profit or not also does not matter in this case because the trial was defaulted. They would have had to show up and argue their case, but why would they? It literally does not matter as there is no one to enforce the judgement either way.

Ich verstehe nicht was die Denkweise dahinter ist. Wenn Krankheit kostet werden die Leute nicht mehr krank? Krankheit als Luxusgut?
Wenn mir pro Krankheit ein Tag Gehalt abgezogen wird, dann lasse ich mich aber gleich mindestens eine Woche krankschreiben auch wenn die Kopfschmerzen am nächsten Tag weg sind, damit es sich auch für mich lohnt.
