I think I tend to talk too much.
I like city building games and puzzles. I like other things as well, but that’s not important right now.

Oh, right. Important distinction

He’s not a bad person because he’s a capitalist though, he’s a bad person because he’s a bad person.
He was, perhaps, a succesful capitalist because he was a bad person. But the kind of things that motivate someone to rape and murder children arise independently of capitalism.

I think the idea is that jeffrey epstein hooked him up with some filthy man who pimped out his own underage niece and that pimp was so morally repugnant thst he himself executed the child produced, with Donald Trump watching to make sure it was done. It does sound a bit wacky, but then again they tried to redact all this and hide it from us rather than just label it as slander.
I also don’t think Trump had many enemies then, so I’m less inclined to say they were slandering him 2020

Can’t wait to see what you come up with!

Wait. Someone made a story generator ??!!!
Spectacular Spider-Man, I think I watched it at 17 TBF rather than 18 but it’s amazing and I will be rewatching it again in the future.

It’s fascinating, isn’t it. To me, the most important parts of history are whenever some small event dominoes into rapid & drastic change. CoVID and the 2024 US election are recent examples of this, but all throughout history we see that leaders and insurmountable empires are toppled by one small thing, or the actions of a relative “nobody.”
So unfortunately OP’s premise is wrong - there’s no measured rhythm to historical events, as any one of us could change the world tomorrow.

It’s one of my favourite subreddits just because I like having “real” stuff to read. I was wondering recently if we should just make a community for reposting the best r/BORU posts to Lemmy? And then, assuming Lemmy gets big enough, we’ll already have a spot for posting the best of Lemmy updates too.

The most well adjusted people I know stay in love with something/things from their childhood. Also, revisiting childhood experiences is a popular therapy exercise for recovering from mental trauma.
Lego and old console gaming are two very common things to be interested in as an adult :) If you have a genuine connection to something, don’t force yourself to sever it.

I’ve always been great at medieval international diplomacy but awful at maintaining romantic relationship - thanks to your comment I can finally become master of my own destiny :)

If you think people are good, you’re probably right and if you think people are bad, you’re probably right.
I’m not sure if it’s objectively right, but I do totally support this because I think it’s right “for you” - as in, if you think someone’s a bad person they won’t be right for you. If you think someone’s a good person, they’ll be right for you. (This isn’t on a first impression basis though)

I would recommend managing it by both browser and via an app - If not on your phone, a tablet or some laptops will do (i think)
TL;DR Instagram is rigged for people with cutting edge high functioning smartphones who post Instagram reels&stories. If you only want to post images you can use the browser but your page won’t attract as many people.
100£ is wow, quite a lot of money!
