The Louisiana Republican said he hasn’t decided and that right now he’s planning to run for re-election in 2028.

I’d love to see Foghorn Leghorn take his “aww shucks” southerner bullshit west and north. Texas and Oklahoma will love him but thats it.

You’d be surprised. Northern Cali, Idaho, a lot of the rural parts in western states eat that kinda shit up.

Foghorn Leghorn? The Rhodes scholar that went to Oxford and now cosplays as a backwoods hick who somehow just wandered into DC?

    He’s running

“On my side of the aisle, if a bunch of goobers run, and I think they’re goobers and one of the goobers might win, and I think I could do a better job, I would consider running,” he said. “But right now, I’m running for re-election.”

They all just want to join late so they can say “I don’t want to run, but you don’t have a good option”.

There’s just gonna be 20 of them saying it at once. There’s too many different groups, the party won’t coalesce around one person after trump

Isn’t that how we ended up with Trump the first time? Lots of choices, total chaos, and the media jumped on Trump because he was a familiar face thanks to his show and not because they thought he had a chance?

Oh, and the Democrats having a clear shot at it, which usually means they completely fumble it.

You silly man Trump will be on the ballot for 2028. The constitution says he can’t but Trump will just run anyway.

I don’t think he’d win 2028 but I do think he’s going to just run anyway if he’s still alive or doesn’t get impeached and removed.
