I mean, billionares can either pay taxes or everyone can just come to them to collect.

I’m sure they can afford fancy security, but if one of those people is not well paid, or would like even MORE money, that fancy security team isn’t going to do much.

There is a limit to what the population will put up with. I feel that we are getting closer to that limit. Either these rich people can all retreat to their weird underground bunkers to live like moles or they can part with a fraction of their absurd wealth.

At this point it feels like a “moral” stance they are taking to refuse paying taxes. I do not understand why. I suppose hoarding tendencies are a symptom of mental disease. When you have a person who fills their home with plastic forks or comic books, it grows out of control. When you hoard money, it is viewed as success. It is the same mental disease.
