I think you’re underestimating how high the required qualifications for managing shit really are.
At the very least, you need a chemistry degree to figure out the finer details such as density, solubility, general composition, etc.Some shit floats, other shit falls to the bottom. They have to be separated as they fall into different production categories. There’s methane, compost, hazardous waste, each with its own means of handling and separation.
If you don’t know shit, you can’t be a shit manager.
If you go up shit creek the municipality up there just lets it hit the fan and then it all rolls down hill. I dunno how it actually works but that’s the type of shit talk I heard.
