    Start suing Flock every single time it makes a false identification. If they get out of the suits by saying “no machine has positive identification” then their entire dataset becomes inadmissable in any other criminal trial.

      Personally, they should catch some criminal charges.

      If you stalked even one person to the extent they’re stalking everyone; you’d be going to jail for a long time. And not just flock. Axxon is getting in on it and I’m sure Ring is as well.

      When i read the article, this was the mishandling by the police investigators, they just picked the closest looking car and called it a day “we got her”.

        Sounds like Flock is acting negligibly by aggregating and organizing powerful data points and then intentionally selling them historically irresponsible people whose entire business motto is “we’ll use anything and everything we can against you.”

        So? Still can pin Flock, police should not be able to just blatantly search “vehicle vaguely black and SUV looking” and then pick one out of the lineup to go ruin the life of. Make their lawyers explain that.
