Elon Musk began a political advertising blitz on Tuesday in three states that could decide control of the Senate, as his political group began attacking Democrats over transgender issues by accusing them of allowing men to compete in women’s sports.

The spots from Mr. Musk’s group, America PAC, target three top Democratic nominees for Senate: James Talarico in Texas, Sherrod Brown in Ohio and Josh Turek in Iowa.

I’d lay money that he also cranks his hog to chicks with dicks. He’s mad at his daughter because she knocks him out of his dream state as he approaches the finish line.

It’s not about his daughter alone. He saw the conservatives were going to win because the democrats were going to let them, so he joined them.

      It’s as simple as that.

Well, yes, but it’s really the fact that the “Kamala is for they/them, President Trump is for you” ad campaign was identified as the most influential of the 2024 campaign season. They, again, think fear mongering is why that campaign worked. It wasn’t, it worked cause Harris was running status quo in a time of social upheaval and that ad readily showcased that in a novel way.

I would really like to know how things would have turned out if Biden was a one term president as promised, and the Dems ran an actual primary. A lot may also have hinged on that one broken promise.

There’s no such thing as “transgender issues”.

There are just a bunch of literally delusional right-wingers obsessed with transgender people.

Their obsession with transgender people is a mental illness.

And that’s why Democrats who want to win will lean in on differentiating issues like this and do the fucking work to make cis people care about it.

Pulling out my evergreen A R Moxon quote…

The way out of our present age of political violence is not scolding “we have to live here with one another,” at those who are not threatening anyone’s life, at those whose very existence supremacists refuse to accept. Rather the way out is standing between supremacists and their targets and telling them “no, you have to live with them, just like we live with you, and if you can’t do that, then you have a problem with us, too.” It’s turning to those who just aren’t comfortable with trans people and saying "we don’t negotiate about people’s rights over here, and if you want to see how hard we’ll fight for you against the billionaires and bosses who are robbing you blind, watch how hard we fight for them. If hating trans people is so important to you that you’re willing to get robbed to death to secure it, we aren’t the party for you.

You know what? I think that message might just build a coalition.

PS: The New York Times never misses an opportunity to demonize transgender people, and this instance of FUD-mongering is no exception. They can go to hell, and I wish people would stop spreading their trash editorial bias like this.

I feel like making cis people care is probably not the angle. I think that making cis people not afraid is the angle. Put out ad campaigns directly countering the anti-trans fearmongering, showing how wrong and ridiculous it is and how trans people are actually not scary at all.

It’s difficult to make people care when they feel threatened, which is why their campaigns focus on fear, but the truth is against them because there truly is nothing to fear.

Speaking of sports, whatever happened that fight he was gonna have with Zuckerberg? I still want to see that.

Musk doesn’t give a fuck about sports. He only cares that he keeps getting government grants for nothing.
