For context to those unaware:
Wonder why there’s been an explosion of the use of the word atelier in the anime/manga communities in the past few years.
If people are still inhabiting this flooded city (as continued train service would suggest) … how are they handling the wastewater? It’s all just going into the water the buildings are standing in, isn’t it?
I’m curious what would make a train work better on the water than a conventional boat? Perhaps it is an adapted Catamaran design?
If you look at the shadow, it seems the train is hovering over the water.
