Yeah and no gears either so you would never go particularly fast on it unless you were going down a hill, and you will pay when you go back up the hill. Still, I have always preferred a steel framed bike and these things could make interesting projects.
I’ve ridden one almost exactly like the one in the ad. It actually does have gears, but not a traditional cassette and derailleur like you’d expect. There’s gearing inside the rear wheel hub. Some kind of planetary gears, I would assume. I think it was only three speeds, but still a really cool, unique design.
