The new enemies look awesome! I’m only disappointed that I have to wait until tomorrow night to play the update.

I played a couple Illuminate missions today. It was fun. Both new enemies can be killed with light pen. The Bullet Storm helped a lot. The big guys provide a good use case for Lure Mines.
I split off to take out a small base. I ended up crouch sneaking most of the way back to avoid the patrols. At one point I was sneaking down a street and saw a handful of Wretch were skulking down the opposite side. I tossed a turret their way. It distracted them long enough for me to rejoin the squad.
Not sure how I feel about the extra SEAF troops. There are a lot now and new ones get dropped off every couple minutes. They were helping, but mostly as an enemy distraction.
If you approach the blueberries with the red backpacks they’ll stim ya, although I don’t think I’ve ever seen them use their stimguns on helldivers
IV only seen it done up close, like theyr carrying the gun but they don’t shoot it, they stim like a regular assisted stim
I managed to get one to spam stims at me during a defense mission, though the poor guy kept shooting at the hand of the helldiver statue I was standing on rather than me (then he died)
