        I can see why ableists who disguise their disdain in progressive rhetoric, hardly a new phenomena, would confuse that as an attempt at wit instead of a statement of fact.

        It doesn’t do a single thing a microphone doesn’t, dumbass. Your kind and their faux concerns which cloak marginalization as progressivism aren’t anything new to actual disability advocacy.

        Bet I can prove it to everyone whose opinions on the topic matter right now, too.

        Tell me what you think about a deaf parent not wanting their kids to have cochlear implants.

          People who struggle to project their voice and would prefer to not have to be in a perfectly quiet room to be heard over background noise or have an exceptionally sensitive mic.
