It’s amazing how long cheese lasts in the fridge. I used to buy small quanities, but now I buy in bulk. Soft cheeses like cheddar are the ones you have to watch out for, but I think soft cheeses such as feta with a high salt content are pretty hardy. Hard cheeses like parmesan are golden.
Honestly, yes. I’ve never seen parmesan go bad
Just as possible it does not go bad because it’s too delicious to sit in the fridge for months.
