Nonsense. He wanted to create a universe, sat down and DID it and then was DONE 6 days later. Sure, it sounds like a project that would be interesting enough to start right away but to actually FINISH it? With nobody standing over his shoulder so he doesn’t slack off? And in any reasonable amount of time on top of that??
Edit: also, every step of the way “he saw that it was good” instead of either endlessly obsessing over details or saying “fuck it”.

He probably decided “meh, good enough” and went on to do other things. And then came back and instead of fixing it flooded the whole thing to start over, abandoned halfway again, set fire to two cities, gave up for a thousand years or so, suddenly remembered he made it and tried sending a message again, but that didn’t go well, so we haven’t heard from him since.
That would explain a lot of things.
