Rebooted my vps and Ubuntu suddenly thought there were 56 packages that could be upgraded, safe to say there weren’t

The details in the MOTD aren’t updated live at login, so the system probably got patched since the MOTD was last refreshed.
apt full-upgrade maybe?
But wouldn’t it display these packages under “not upgrading” if there were any?
Archive repo? Which version are you running?
It says
resolutewhich is 26.04. Iirc, the standard Ubuntu repos are found atarchive.ubuntu.com.

Dd you run apt list --upgradeable as it says?
