Jaffles. Cheese, ham, cheese, tomato & cheese.

Waffles? Baffeling Baffels?

This is called a jaffle maker. You butter 2 pieces of bread. Put one butter side down on the plate, fill it with ingredients, put the other piece of bread butter side up and close the lid. It seals all the sides.
It’s a bit like a calzone. Great on a cold day.
Like a panini press, or in the US a George For man Grill™ as seen on TV
Yeah but it seals the edges so you can put runny ingredients in there like baked beans.
I love my George grill. We call it The George.
